Thomas Conley
Thomas Conley is a recently retired Sergeant of the Cook County Sherriff's Department where he served for over 24 years. While at Cook County, he was a pivotal part in the creation of the EMPOWER program for the officers which has now been recognized in several states across the country. He is the CEO and visionary of TriStone Security Consultants, LLC in Romeoville, Illinois. He has been a mentor to teens in the Lincoln's Challenge program since 2000; served as Co-Chair for 4 years in the Rights of Passage program for Behavior Disorder children; Served on the Safety and Security Department of the Chicago Public School system for 10 years and was the Director of Security for an Inner City High School for 2 years prior to becoming a Cook County Sherriff.
His vision for a Security Company marinated for years and now has come to fruition! As a member of the U.S. Military and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and having served in peace time and war, human life is of great value to Thomas. He is a security professional and a trainer and had the vision for the symposium, "The Threat Is REAL" as he wants to educate people on the importance of security. He stands ready to serve with integrity, morality, a heart for protection and a spirit of excellence.
